Default Central Monitoring (or so)

Hello everyone,

for the future, I'm going to set up three new servers which run seperately (for now, the three old servers are connected together in a "multiserver environment").
However, now it's more difficult to collect server information (e.g. service status, pending updates, high server load etc.)
Since there are two more servers that run independently, I wonder if there is an easy way for some sort of central monitoring or central health check.

Thank you for any advice on this.

Kind Regards
