Default Configuring BIND9

Hello
Having read the tutorial(s) about the perfect server, I wondered...
Can I use that tutorial to set up a homepage on the www. Having acquired the hardware, a fixed IP and a domain name?
Do you have any tutorials relating this matter?
I really hope you can help me!

Best Regards
Budde

Can you use the perfect server to run a website? yes.

Install the server as per the tutorial. Your webserver root will be at /var/www

This is a solution for ispconfig as opposed to ispconfig3 but should give you an idea

Acutally here is a thread that should help:

If you don't want to run your own nameservers, you can use the ones of your registrar. Point the DNS records to your server's public IP; if you want to set up just one web site, you can use the default document root: /var/www on Debian/Ubuntu, /var/www/html on Fedora/CentOS, /srv/www on SUSE.
