"Talking SOAP With Exchange" - Access on other users calenders

The Idear:
I want to Sync Calendar Items from our Company's Management Software towards Exchange. I created an "Dummy User" with access to each Account's Calendar. Now I'm trying To access those Calendars via this "Dummy User".

What I did:
I followed "Talking SOAP With Exchange" to connect to our Exchange Server and fetch, send the Calendar Inforamtions.
Everything works as it is explained in the HowTo.

The Question:
Is it even Possible To Fetch Other Users Calendarinformations via this method?
And How?
I'm trying to get it running for some Time now, but unfortunately without any success.
