Default A upgrade question

Hi, everyone
I'm a newbie. Just want to ask a question..
If I upgrade use "apt-get upgrade" to upgrade the apache and other package will it affect the configuration file that has been done by ISPconfig?

I need to upgrade that might solve my php file upload problem. It turns to upload file to corrupted file.

apt-get upgrade normally does not change any config files. Only a dist upgrade might make it nescessary to run a reconfiguration of the config files.
