Default Best email server to setup

Hi all,

Im a bit new to this so any help would be helpful.

I am trying to set up an email server on a dedicated server (debian Lenny). I have read lots of how to and such.

The situation is it already has nginX installed and serving out some webpages. Other people are using this to develop the website there.

My question is, what is the best email setup for me to use so that my users and get their email / change passwords etc. I would rather not mess with the web server side (replace / enhance with apache).

Many thanks in advance.
