Default Migrate email accounts from old linux to new server with ISPConfig3

Hello,

I have a old server with Fedora Core 7 running plesk, on that server i have one or two email accounts that i want to move to a new server running Ubuntu 10.04 with ISPConfig3. How can I do this?

I was reading abit and I guess I can just backup a couple of dirs (etc/groups, /etc/passwd etc) on the old one and move to the new, but will that go automatically in to ISPConfig's setup? Also I don't want to risk overwriting any current settings on the new server.

How should I approach this? The main thing is that i want to keep the existing emails that is saved on the old server to the new. They're located /var/spool/mail right?

Any tips are appreciated.
