ISPConfig upgrade from 3.0.1.2 to 3.0.3 problem

I just upgraded a lab environment. Here are the steps I went through in a nutshell:

1. upgraded ubuntu 8.04 to 10.04
2. upgraded ispconfig 3.0.1.3 to 3.0.3

Everything seemed happy but after I logged in to the 8080 admin interface I clicked on the mail tab and there were no domains nor mailboxes. Aliases and the rest of the things were there. CLI I see the mailboxes. The ispconfig_install.log looks clean without errors. Any ideas for me? I can put everything back to original production fairly quickly but I feel like I am so close. Let me know if you need me to send/post a file or anything. Thank you.

I am going to take the drive out and put it to the side for now. If you have any ideas please let me know because I can get another blade up and running to continue down this track. I am going to start from scratch with another drive pull of the production system. Thanks for any input.

Reimport the sql dump backup that you find in the /root/ folder inro the ispconfig database with phpmyadmin.

I will let you know when I switch back and try that. I was thinking of reimporting my old sqldump but wasn't sure if the schema would be the same from my old version. Thanks for the quick reply.
