Angry Need help with ftp directories!

Yeah heres my problem:

you make a client, and then his website.

the webserver only serves .../www/web##/www/

but the ftp goes to this folder .../www/web##/user/user_name/www/

so how are they supposed to upload files to be served?and also id rather them have access to .../www/web##/ anyways, has apache log for them and everything...

anyways, help would really be appreciated!

My understanding is:

For the user to get access to .../www/web##/ you have to select the administrator box otherwise the user will only get acces to a home folder .../www/web##/user/user_name/www/ and will need to use the url www.domain.com/~username

I may be wrong, so feel free to advise if I am.

Cheers
