Default linux server how to options?

Looking for how to tutorial or help with slcting and setup of server.

Fedora 13
Gnome
Apache
FTP
Mail server
DNS
(LAMP)

any suggestions or links??

But they don't cover GNOME as it's unusual to run a desktop on a server (has a bad influence on the server performance and might be a security risk).
