Default Apache and ISPConfig3

Hi just wanted to know if it is possible to setup security on apache websites using ISPConfig3?

Which apache security extension do you mean? E.g. mod_security works fine for the websites, only for the ispconfig vhost on port 8080 it will get disabled automatically.
