smbclient - connection to share with spaces in name

Hello,

i want to connect to w windows share by using something llike this:

smbclient //IP/$share -U %user%

This just works fine for contiguous share names , but if the share name is like this "my share" , i just get the error "NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME" , although i tried already all types of quotes and even "\" as the delimiter.

Does anyone know, how to handle this?
