Default Subdomain with Webspace

Hi,

I've read some topics about the subdomain thing. I can create a subdomain as CoDomain and it will be redirected to the main-domain.
I can create a new web (subdomain.domain.com) so it gets a own "web" directory. But how can i can i create a subdomain as enduser (customer) with a "web" directory? It can't be the way of contacting the reseller to create a new web if anybody needs a subdomain with own content.

Yes, you must contact the reseller, because otherwise clients could create as many web spaces as they like without the reseller noticing it, which means they wouldn't have to pay...
