Default How to install apt-get in centos5 using yum install command?

hi, how can I install apt-get on centos5 using yum install command?

I recommend to use yum instead of apt on CentOS because yum is the native package installer on CentOS. apt is used on Debian/Ubuntu where it is working great, but I'm not sure how good it is on CentOS.
