500 Internal Error with Installing OTRS 2.14 (Open source Ticket Request System) on C

I need some help with the Centos OTRS install. I have installed the OTRS, but, then I try to use my FQDN to get my site up...I get this...

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Any help with this or words of advice would be greatly appreciated.

look in your apache log for errors, 90% of these errors is an error in your htaccess file.
