redirect to subdir

how could i redirect www.abc.com to www.abc.com/web ?

could we make a directory as DOCUMENT ROOT for subdomain?

eg.
sub1.abc.com -> /web/sub1

A vhost is a website in ispconfig. So to get a new vhost for a subdomain, create a new website and enter "sub1.abc.com" in the domain field.
