Default Documentation for newbies

I'm a total newbie to both Linux and servers.
But I thought that I should try learn a little bit about it.
I have installed Ubuntu 10.04 and ISPConfig3 on a computer and now have it up and running.
So now I'm going to learn more about ISPConfig3, but I can't find any documentation about it!

All I can find on ISPConfigs homepage is alot of "hot to install it" (I just the Ubuntu 10.04 here to install it).
But what to do know, what menus does what and so on. I haven't found ANY documentation about this.
If I klick on Help I only get which version it is.

Also if anybody knows some good tutorials for setting up things in ISPConfig they are most welcome to post a link here. Tutorials are a very good way to start to learn the system.

Thankful for help!
