Default Adding tracking code to all websites on server

hi all,

I would like to add some tracking code to every web page on my server, how should I do that?

I have done that with auto_prepend in php.ini, but when a page is generating dynamically I can see my "test code" in every document consisting in page, like footer, banner, menu etc.
