Cool Where is the Recycle Bin?

While doing searches for ISPconfig, I ran across several articles that mention a recycle bin. Where is it in the menus?

I am running ISPconfig 3.0.2.2 on Ubuntu Server 10.04. A site accidently got deleted and it would be great if I can restore it. Thanks in advance!
