Default Welcome Mail

By Changing /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/mail/lib/lang/en_mail_user.lng in the ISPC 3 Interface / System / Languages
I can edit the message but would want to add a small message, I see the format is plain text and not HTML
What syntax is Alowed?
Newline?
How long can the string be?
Can I add Nice looking links instead of FUGLY looking URL's ?

Thanx
