Cannot Login To ISPConfig Admin Panel

Hello, im having a problem where cannot login to ispconfig admin panel. But i can access to phpmyadmin through link but not through ispconfig admin page.

Please help me.

What's the output of

netstat -tap

? Which distribution do you use? Did you see any errors during ISPConfig installation?

im using centos 5.3, i got no error during installation.. i can access to admin panel before this, but suddenly this thing occur.

ISPConfig is still running, but you can try to restart it:

/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart

hello,

i already restart the ispconfig service thousand times, but still didnt work..
i got ERROR 101: wrong username or password. i already reset the passwd in sys_user but it didnt work also.

help me..

So you can access the login page, but just not log in?
Did you change the MySQL password recently?
How did you reset the password in sys_user? Did you use md5 for the password?

Yap,

I can access to login page, but when I try login it prompted the error. I change the passwd at table sys_user and used md5.

of course not, if i change it ispconfig will not run at all..any idea? how to disable ispconfig firewall or something?

I am looking forward to seeing the solution to this problem. I have the same problem. I haven't changed the password or anything and at least one of my customers can't log in to get his mail and I can't log in to the control panel. I can get to the login screen but it refuses my credentials. I've only started looking into it though.
