Default manual DNS records

hi there,
i am am just weighing out my options about which control panel to use and have a question about ISPConfig.

Is it possible to add a website in the system, but then have the MX records pointed to another IP? Another example of this 'manual DNS control' would be if it is possible to create custom A records for a domain.

thanks for the help!

Yes, you can do this in the DNS part of ISPConfig. You can create whatever DNS records you need.
