Default Getting ERROR 500 - Internal Server Error!
I get this error when I try to view the stats page.

www.domain.com/stats


This is the correct link to view awstats or webalizer reports.. right?

The statistics are generated nightly. You have to wait up to 24 hours until you can access them. Additionally, please ensure that you entered a password for the statistics in the statistic tab of the website settings.

does this work for email domains as well or is there something else I need to report on email usage?

Email usage reports are near realtime, but only for courier mailservers. For dovecot servers there are no statistics available yet as dovecot is not able to write the statistics file with the mailsizes.

That works for me as I am using the ISPConfig 3 howto for Ubuntu 10.04.

Is there a different URL to visit?
