svn ssh problem

hello folks,

i am having svn login problem from windows xp client (svntortoise) i am not able to login with svn+ssh, while on localhost svn+ssh is working problem but not working remotely from windows client. Please help what should i do in this regard, i am using fedora-13 as server.

iptables -L

and

netstat -tap

?
