I updated the package to 3.4.3.1,but please not this is only for ISPConfig 2.

There are several new vulnerabilities 
All of them affecting 3.4.3.1, too

One might think these updates are annoying. But fact is phpmyadmin is fixing their code while others are not. It's more like "Again? Oh, well, then, thanks for fixing this, too!"

Strange, it worked for me without any problems.
Did you follow the instructions as provided in http://www.jnsc.ch/ISPConfig_phpMyAdmin_readme.txt ?
