Default /var/vmail syncen

I'd linke to do following:

Master Mailserver: sync all data on /var/vmail to the backup mirror server (all data, recursive, and when someone a mail delete it should be deleted on the backup mailserver)

Backup Server: sync all data wich are newer than 10h (wich were comming directly to the backupmailserver) to the master server

With this I want to have all two server synced, or have someone an bether idea?

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.
