Default API Docs
Is this the appropriate place to look for documentation for API information?

http://docs.ispconfig.org/en-sandbox...site/?page=api

If so, can the smarty error be fixed? Its hard to read documentation when it won't load.

No. There are no API docs available. The guy that sratrted the docs never finished it. Thats why you gt this error on the page.
