Issues with websites

Hello,
I have recently installed ispconfig 3 on opensuse 11.2 - all seems well except I am unclear how to setup site properly.

I setup a SOA for example.com

I add A * record
I add A www record

but I can't access the site using just http://example.com

I have to type http://www.example.com

Is there anybody that can help?

Make sure that you set the domain in quetion to * in ISPconfig.
You can do this in ISPconfig 3 at Sites > Websites > domain in question > Domain > Auto-Subdomain.

ISPconfig will need some time (maybe one minute), but after that you should be able to access your site with and without the www
