Best training videos for LPIC 1 & 2?

Guys,

I'm brand new to Linux/RHEL/ESX. But as of two weeks ago, I now support those operating systems for hardware & software. I'm a Windows guy who wanted to learn something new.

It seems everyone who calls in for support - wants to use SSH, CLI. And I just don't know these commands.

I have ADD and have trouble reading books.

Could you recommend the best training videos for me? I'd like to stay under $100 if possible?

Maybe just get LPIC1 now and 2 later when my budget improves?
