login problem /login.php?err=

mysql shut down because i ran out of space. I cleared some space and restarted mysql. Now when I try to login to ispconfig it just goes back to the main pager "Here you can log in again"

I know the password is correct because if I type a bad password it gives me error 101 and lets me know. Whats going on? I am still very new to all of this.

can you log onto mysql and browse through your databases and see table data?

yeah mysql is working because I have some sites running wordpress and they are back up and running.

It might be that a table got corrupted when there was not enough free space on the harddisk. Please run the mysql check and repair function on all tables of the ispconfig database with phpmyadmin.

still never got around to fixing this. I forgot my phpmyadmin password. How can I reset it? Sorry I am very new to all of this still.
