Default installing fedora sever 64bit
cannot find repo to update as per page 2 of your howto
fedora 13 -x86_64
fedora 13 x86_64 - updates

the repo in the url is

https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/me...ased-f13&arch=
x86_64
