Requirements to setup an online radio station

I am a new member. Hope I will find your helping hand around me. I want to set up an online radio like this one. www.lemon24.com

I want to know what types of server I need. How I can play steaming media and How I can give my listener multiple player to listen just like that website.
They gives Windows Media Player, Real Player and Flash Player..

And what hardware requirements are required?
