Default changing webmail path?

Okay, I want to change or add to the http path to find webmail.

Is there a way to do the following:

1) instead of it being server.domain.com/webmail/, how can I have webmail.domain.com resolve and/or forward to that address?

2) is there a way to have all domains on the server have a webmail.domain.tld so that the user can just go to that and it will automatically resolve/forward to the same path as above?
