Default Remote Mail Server ?

Sorry if this is discussed elsewhere. Did search but couldn't find it.

Example: Two separate servers running ISPConfig 3, Server 1 and Server 2. How do I configure so that Server 1 handles all email for domains set up on Server 2? Server 2 will still handle http/ftp/ssh etc for its domains, just not email. Thanks.

oops, accidentally put this post in ispconfig 2, should be 3.

Set the DNS MX records of the domains to point to the mail server.
