Default Tomcat installation

I wish to run a singular site running a program called Cyclos (http://project.cyclos.org/). This requires Apache tomcat 5+ and Java.

I've read other threads and can't find any solution to get tomcat to run with ispconfig 3 sites?

If that is the case, as I only want to run one instance of the program, can I run apache tomcat along side apache2 and just give it one domain to parse?

I was looking at using this guide:
http://howtoforge.com/apache2_tomcat...jk_integration
but I looks like it would alter apache2.

I'm really keen to use this program so would really appreciate some guidance.

Thanks
