I have already checked that and tried to follow it, the respond wasn't as it was expected, has anyone managed to get the VPN up using that method?

When I get to the point to create the certificate it says the directory does not exists:

cd /etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/easy-rsa
bash: cd: /etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/easy-rsa: No such file or directory

It's probably typo, it should read:

Looks like there is a lot of typos then, how about this one?

source vars
bash: vars: No such file or directory

Hello,

You may check http://www.openvpn.net/index.php/ope...ion/howto.html

Its nice and detailed howto. You may just install openvpn with apt-get and then follow this howto to set up your server.

Do come back here with success story.

Dipesh
