Question Mail services

I have set up ispconfig successfully.
During the installation procedure I had to install Postfix, Courier, and Saslauthd to allow ispconfig to work properly.
However I don't need email features (I've disabled these service in the ispconfig control panel) and, for security reasons, I would like to remove Postfix, Courier, and Saslauthd. Does anybody know what will happen? Am I going to break everything?

Thank you.
