Which How-To for Virtual Users and ISPConfig3?

I have not had to make a change in my system in so long I have lost touch a bit. I am wanting to take advantage of the latest ISPConfig and continue to have Virtual Users and Domains for email and such. What I am having a little confusion with is determining the correct How-To to use. Does ISPC3 do this right out of the box or is there something that I need to tie into before I use "The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 10.04 [ISPConfig 3]" information?

I know there is something obvious I am missing and forgive me for not finding it on my own. I looked for docs on this and just could not find the details.

ISPConfig3 has out of the box virtusers/domains for email and such ..

1. use a "Perfect <your distro>" how-to
2. install ispconfig3

ok.. It was just not clear to me if there was something that needed to be done a certain way or if Virtual Users were the default.
