Default CentOS Desktop?

I like the fact that Ubuntu has Long Term Support.

I LOVE Fedora

I Hate the 13 month life span of Fedora

CentOS seems to be the logical choice but...

...I want to run CentOS 5.3 as a Desktop not as a Server with all the amenities like multimedia, etc. included.

...Does such a howto exist, or can someone create one???

or is that to much to ask...?
