Web Server status

i search for a mod that check if my server status is ok for ispconfig
the mod should to check directory settings updates for programs and more if available

The ispconfig monitor module is doing this already for the local server and all servers that belong to the same ispconfig cluster. The monitor checks if the services are up, the system load, the harddisk usage and the update status.

the server dont check chmod in the directorys and things like that

As far as I know, there is no plugin that checks all directory permissions. But if you edit a site, ispconfig will correct the permissions automatically in case they are wrong. And if wrong directory permissions cause any problems with apache, this will be reported as apache is monitored.
