Default noobish question can this trouble ticket system work?
im currently running centos 5.4, i follwed the perfect server tutorial to setup my server and i followed the instructions on the ispconfig website to install ispconfig. id like to use this trouble ticket system for keeping track of billing, support and other issues that may come up so i have everything in writing. im just a custom to having a ticket system. heres a link to the instructions given on there site: http://www.troubleticketexpress.com/...ket-setup.html im not understanding the begining of uploading and moving this and that. if anyone can help out itd be great, or if theres another like this that is known to work with ispconfig let me know.

I haven't tried that trouble ticket system, so I can't say if it works or not. It looks as if it written in Perl, so that might be a problem...

Well before I started installing perl modules I'd look around at some php-based ticket systems. Flyspray is popular with some folks I know. I've never used it.
