You must create a customer first in ISPConfig, then create a web site for this customer, and then you can create users and email addresses on the tab "User & Email".
Have a look here: http://www.ispconfig.org/downloads/m..._src.htm#4_2_2

Make sure the MX record for mydomain.com points to your server.

Yes , today my maintainer change and now the MX record points at my server ip.

Why are you trying to send to web2_carlainz@localhost.localhost.localdomain?

now i have change my /etc/hosts from

# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

to

# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
80.150.x.x mydomain.it mydomain

and my etc/sysconfig/network

from

NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=localhost.localdomain

to

NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=mydomain.com

Now when i send a email arrive with this address web2_carlainz@localhost.mydomain.com

where I can change in web2_carlainz@mydomain.com ?

I have try from gmail , hotmail , myoffice to send a email at web2_carlainz@localhost.mydomain.com or web2_carlainz@mydomain.com but it does not arrive .........

Thanks

Is localhost.mydomain.com in /etc/postfix/local-host-names? If not, add it at the bottom of that file and restart Postfix.

Do the emails arrive when you send to web2_carlainz@localhost.mydomain.com?
Any errors in your mail log?
