Exclamation SFTP Problem

I have setup ISPConfig 3 on a VPS server and I am running Ubuntu 9.04. I followed the Perfect Server Guide with one modification, http://www.dikant.de/2009/01/22/sett...irtual-server/

Besides that modification I also never did get my quotas setup correctly because of the virtualization, but that is not important to me.

The problem is now that when I try to sftp with any user other than root the connection get dropped automatically immediately after it connects. Root has no problem whatsoever, connecting via sftp, also all users can connect via ssh with no problems. I would really appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks.

ssh_config
Code:
# This is the ssh client system-wide configuration file. See
# ssh_config(5) for more information. This file provides defaults for
# users, and the values can be changed in per-user configuration files
# or on the command line.

# Configuration data is parsed as follows:
# 1. command line options
# 2. user-specific file
# 3. system-wide file
# Any configuration value is only changed the first time it is set.
# Thus, host-specific definitions should be at the beginning of the
# configuration file, and defaults at the end.

# Site-wide defaults for some commonly used options. For a comprehensive
# list of available options, their meanings and defaults, please see the
# ssh_config(5) man page.

Are the ssh users jailed?

Just as a sidenote: I recommend to use ftps instead of sftp. Its secure as well but uses the FTP daemon instead of the ssh daemon and the ftp daemon has a virtual chroot which causes less problems.
