dovecot error

I have ispconfig2 and it works fine for all domains. An account has domain aa.com and I changed to bb.com (not delete and create new). ftp, website works fine but dovecot has a problem now. webmail cannot login and cannot receive any email. even i deleted the domain and recreate it again, all emails under bb.com cannot login. All other domain emails are ok.

how to fix it?

In ispconfig 2, the username for pop3 and imap is something like web1_myname and not the email address.

i mean if i use roundcube to login hatted@cc.com is ok, but if I use info@bb.com, it just said login error and the log is in the above post.
