Default PHP.INI File Location

Hi i am trying to install Sugar CRM for a client and cant seem to locate the php.ini file so that i can make the "PHP MEMORY LIMIT 32MB " any help would be great.

on most distros it will be /etc/php.ini

that's to manually edit it, in ispconfig i don't know...

what line in the php.inc is it ?

(sorry i am new to apache and php )

The name is quite intuitive
