Default Consideration for an upgrade?

Hi guys, just a simple question, have I to take any consideration in a simple aptitude ungrade for php5, mysql, apache2,etc? anything is going to stop runing, anything to reconfigure?.

I just wanna gave the servers up-to-date.

The only problem I've ever had when updating my ispconfig system is with postfix. Everything else "just works". The reason I have problems with postfix is not due to ISPConfig though. It's due to my main.cf being overwritten and my certs not being found.
