Upgrade from 2.2.1 tot 2.2.2 howto?

First ISPConfig is working fine for me..
My question is how to upgrade from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 ?
The second question is can i upgrade when all service running?
The third question is witch files modified after upgrade?

I'm working 3 day's hard to move 30 domains in my server with ISPConfig 2.2.1
i will not work 3 day's again..

i've juste updated my ispconfig 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 by the same way I did the installation:
untar the new version and cd to the install directory and run ./setup

the installer will upgrade the old version to 2.2.2, the only isue i'v found after 2 day from the upgrade is that the css i'd included for webalizer were deleted because of the new webalizer.conf file, but no problems right now

All websites that were running on my old installation still work with no broblem and without any update, they were running either during update
