Default What ( hardware ) do I need to start a DND server ?

Hello all,

I near future , maybe starting this month, my ISP offers a very fast connection with 8 static IP adresses.

With so many IP adresses I can build a "server park" So I like to know what I need to have my own DNS server(s).

And, who knows how to build a perfect "server park"
i.e.
1 webserver box, 1 smtp server box, 1 mysql server box and 1 dns server box
or
2 webserver boxes ( mirror and loadbalanced ), 1 smtp server box, 1 mysql server box and 2 dns server boxes ?

Please share your thoughts and experiences with me
