what is the difference between installation process by live CD and dvd

A live DVD contains more pacakes and is especialy useful to install on a PC where no internet connection is available during install. So if you have a fast internet connection when you install a PC, I would use the live CD.

There is a no any difference to install process by cd and dvd. Through cd we can install any application and we can also install tha application with dvd. The difference is that dvd have a more space comparative cd space.
