Default RAID configuration

Hi all I have a scenario that i am using (06) six 73 GB Hard disks with RAID 5 without Hot Spare and i have (06) six hard disk slots available. Now we have a serious hard disk space as this server is commissioned as a file server for users. I wanted to know if i can replace (02) two of my hard drives with larger capacity hard drives let say 300 GB ones in the existing RAID setup. First of of all can i do it? If possible do i have to create a new Array or can these hard disks be added in the same Array? Also will there be any kind of data loss during this activity?
