Unable to install phpmyadmin, roundcube or any addon.

Fresh install of ispconfig2. What I normally do is install the add-on's like phpmyadmin but after this installation of ispconfig 2 i am unable to install any add-on.

Any ideas?

MORE Info: I tried by file and http. With file upload..it just times out. with http method i get this error:

it just started working out of the blue. Trust me when i say, i've tried 3 dozen times or more to install phpmyadmin and roundcubemail and it would time out or error out. If someone would like to explain what might have been going on that would be great otherwise....never mind

I'm not sure about the timing out when you tried to upload by file, but the php warning means it couldn't find the website you are trying to install the file from. This could be a DNS issue, which you can test by trying to ping any website from the command line of the server. It could also be that the site you were trying to get the file from was down at that time.
